Do you know what Fajr means?

Fajr means the end of night and the start of day.

If you have ever noticed, early Fajr is a white spot on the horizon,

which slowly extends from east to west.

That moment, is the time of dawn

In other words: Fajr appears first,

and after a while the sun comes up.

Now it is more understandable why imam1 stated,

“We are looking forward to sunrise” Yes. Happy Fajr decade!

Look at the daybreak! It’s about sunrise; it’s the time between dawn and daybreak for us! [It refers to the major occultation time]

[As] the praying [time] will expire when the sun rises,.

for his emergence [to happen] today the action is to be taken.
