The people were looking at each other and saying:

What’s your idea about her /his word? What does s/ he mean?

Other people said, “By God, we supposed that he [Imam Hasan (pbuh)] was going to make peace with Mu’awiya,

and give him the job!”

The others said, “By God, this man became a disbeliever!”

[So], they break into his tent and depredated there.

They even dragged and pulled the things under his feet.

A man named” Abd al-Rahman” came forward angrily.

And pulled and took the majesty’s [Arabian] toga…

A group of close relatives/ friends and Shiites brought the majesty’s horse.

Then the majesty got on the horse.

So, they circled around the majesty and protected him.

Suddenly a man, who had a narrow sword, came from Bani Assad1,

He took the bit of the horse and said, “Allahu Akbar2! O, Hasan! You [also] turned polytheist like your father!”

Then, he slipped into Imam Mujtaba [Hasan] (pbuh)’s thigh, so tightly that it split the flesh and reached the bone.

The Imam (pbuh) scolded that man from the severity of that scar, and both fell,

There, one of the Shiites came and tore the man down with the same sword
