️… يَوْمَ يَأْتِي بَعْضُ آيَاتِ رَبِّكَ لَا يَنْفَعُ نَفْسًا إِيمَانُهَا لَمْ تَكُنْ آمَنَتْ مِنْ قَبْلُ أَوْ كَسَبَتْ فِي إِيمَانِهَا خَيْرًا قُلِ انْتَظِرُوا إِنَّا مُنْتَظِرُونَ [انعام/۱۵۸]

..the day that certain of the signs of thy Lord do come, no good will it do to a soul to believe in them then if it believed not before nor earned righteousness through its faith. Say: “Wait ye: we too are waiting.” (The holy Quran, Surah AL-ANAAM, Verse 158)

Imam Sadiq (pbuh) stated in the interpretation of the above verse:

By those verses, it refers to Imams (pbu th) [12 Shiites’ Imams] and the verse” Al-Muntazar [having been looked forward to]” refers to “Qāʾim (hgr)”۱

[Yet], the one who won’t have believed before Imam Mahdi (hgr)’s rises, which is the day he has sword in his hand [it refers to fighting with the cruel people, e.g.], his/ her faith would be useless. Even though he had had his ancestors’ belief.

[Apparently, the time of rising is different from, the time of  Emergence]
Qāʾim is one of the famous imam Mahdi (hgr)’s titles that means: The Riser. [He rises on the Emergence day]
