فلَمَّا نَسُوا مَا ذُكِّرُوا بِهِ فَتَحْنَا عَلَيْهِمْ أَبْوَابَ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ حَتَّى إِذَا فَرِحُوا بِمَا أُوتُوا أَخَذْنَاهُمْ بَغْتَةً فَإِذَا هُمْ مُبْلِسُونَ [انعام/۴۴]

Translation:

But when they forgot the warning they had received,

We opened to them the gates of all (good) things,

until, in the midst of their enjoyment of Our gifts,

on a sudden, We called them to account, when lo! They were plunged in despair! (The holy Quran, Surah AL-ANAAM, Verse 44)

Imam al-Baqir (pbuh) stated:

By [this part of verse]”when they forgot the warning they had received”, God means

That, we opened to them the gates of everything (welfare)…, since they left Imam Ali (pbuh)’s vali [didn’t follow and obey him]. Although they were to accept it.

(Then), they became proud and glad (and they were happy with it).On a sudden, we called them to account (and punished them hard), when lo! They were plunged in despair!

That happens by his majesty Qāʾim 1(hgr)…
Qāʾim is one of the famous imam Mahdi (hgr)’s titles that means: The Riser. [He rises on the Emergence day]
